Lose the Chub Club

I have joined Michelle Sauer's Lose the Chub Club Weightloss Challenge in an effort to lose these remaining pounds that have seemed to have plateaued and not go anywhere.
My first weigh-in was at 162 lbs. today.
Tonight I weighed in at 159.5 lbs. That's great to see a number in the 150's! That means I am that much closer to getting there!
But I have to also remember that my weight fluctuates 1-2 lbs. at any given time of day. Plus I had just gotten done feeding Brady and pumped the remainder before heading into work. So Im sure I just emptied myself out and loss a pound. LOL!
Anyhow, I'm going to start this week on making an attempt to get out and run a bit too. The only thing Ive done this past week, is watch the foods that I eat. Ive done a lot more sandwiches. Which I'm LOVING Lenny's sub-sandwiches and Jimmy John's. Of course the peanut butter ice cream sundae I had this week probably didn't help. I just get get rid of that craving!! GAH!!
