That is 15.5 lbs, a 10% weight loss total.

And that is the end of the Lose the Chub Club Weight Loss Challenge. I'm hoping to shred off some more of this weight with the 30 Day Shred. :) Mainly just want to tone things up now. Still have the baby belly and love handles, and all the weight in the wrong places still.

Starting Measurements

  • Bust: Don't squish yourself -- measure all the way around your bust and back right at your nipple line, and make sure the tape measure is not lower.

  • Chest: Measure under your breasts but as high up as you can go, keeping the tape measure parallel to this line when you reach it around your back.

  • Waist: Measure wherever it is the smallest (if you have "no waist" go around yourself right at the navel line).

  • Midway: Measure midway between the very biggest part of your hips and your waist.
  • Hips: Measure at the very biggest part -- even if that is so low that you are almost on the top of your thighs.

  • Thighs: Measure wherever they are the biggest.

  • Knees: Measure right above the knee.

  • Calves: Measure wherever they are the biggest.

  • Upper arm: Measure wherever they are biggest above your elbows.

  • Forearms: Measure wherever they are biggest below your elbows.

Thighs: 24"
Knees: 17.5"
Calves: 15"
Upper Arm: 11.5"
Forearm: 10"
(I measured the right side for arms and legs)

Height: 5'7"
Weight: 148 lbs.

Normal Range for 5'7", Medium Frame: 133-147 lbs.
BMI: 23.2

According to this site.. these are the average measurements for Women, with mine in Red:
Bust: 35 (36")
Waist: 27 (33")
Hips: 37.5 (41")

11/12 Weigh In

Check this out!!!

This here is my pre-pregnancy weight. Well, according to my Dr's office (148 lbs). I thought I was more around 144 lbs. But whatever, there was about a month in between those weighs and which included Christmas last year, so its possible. :P

I'm hoping to keep shredding these lbs. with the new Jillian Micheal's video that I just ordered. 30 Day Shred. Seems to be the hype right now. I need what I can, to help tighten up this flab. :)

I've lost 2.5 lbs. That is a 2% weight loss in the first week.

Lose the Chub Club

I have joined Michelle Sauer's Lose the Chub Club Weightloss Challenge in an effort to lose these remaining pounds that have seemed to have plateaued and not go anywhere.
My first weigh-in was at 162 lbs. today.
Tonight I weighed in at 159.5 lbs. That's great to see a number in the 150's! That means I am that much closer to getting there!
But I have to also remember that my weight fluctuates 1-2 lbs. at any given time of day. Plus I had just gotten done feeding Brady and pumped the remainder before heading into work. So Im sure I just emptied myself out and loss a pound. LOL!
Anyhow, I'm going to start this week on making an attempt to get out and run a bit too. The only thing Ive done this past week, is watch the foods that I eat. Ive done a lot more sandwiches. Which I'm LOVING Lenny's sub-sandwiches and Jimmy John's. Of course the peanut butter ice cream sundae I had this week probably didn't help. I just get get rid of that craving!! GAH!!
