Workout Day 1

Starting weight: 146.5 lbs.

Workout today:
Push-ups - 3 sets of 5
Dumbbell lifts - 3 sets of 5
Jumping Jacks - 3 sets of 50
Crunches - 3 sets of 15 (hold the last one for 3 secs.)
Side Leg Lifts - 2 sets of 15 (each side)

  1. LeeAnn, glad to have you on the weight loss wagon! I've really been slacking, but no more! I'm heading to the gym today, no more excuses! Sadly, I'm 6 inches shorter than you and weigh just a few pounds less than you! I'd like to say it's because I've had 3 babies in 3 years, but I'm really just sick of using that as an excuse! Good luck!
