Day 2

Starting Weight: 148 lbs.

Workout today:
Jumping Jacks - 3 sets of 50
Milk Jug lifts - 3 sets of 10 (full gallon of water in each hand)
Squats with 25 lb. dumbells in hand - 3 sets of 10
Crunches - 3 sets of 15 (hold the last one for 3 secs.)
Push-up - 3 sets of 10
Side Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 15 (each side)
Moderate Jog - 6 minutes (with 2 minute cooldown walk)

    Something must be in the air...I've been spending way too much time on the treadmill lately too! :)
    Have you ever taken classes at the YMCA? I think when I get home I'd like to go to some kick boxing or pilates classes. Maybe we could get some girls together for some "work out dates". :)
