After Day 1

So I'm feeling not too bad after that first workout. I actually expected to feel alot more sore today. There isn't any time today for any workout, as I am heading to be right now, since I've got to work tonight at 8pm. Maybe if its slow enough at work, I can get in a little bit of a workout. Nothing that would make me break a sweat, but just to do some toning and lifting maybe.

  1. Way to go! I keep telling myself that I am going to start working out. I need to get rid of the baby belly I had even before I was pregnant with Gabriel. After Mia I didn't have to work on getting skinny at all. That shows you how 8 years can change things. The most working out I have done lately is walking 5.6 miles with Nancy at Cascades (One time). Oh and I got a mommy/baby workout video that I did PART of ONCE. I hope reading this blog will help me get to it! :)
